MIT is a well-known hub for startups and venture capital. It has a long history of successful startups, including Akamai, iRobot, and Dropbox. MIT's entrepreneurship program, the Martin Trust Center for Entrepreneurship, provides resources and mentorship to students and alumni looking to create startups.
