Laconia Capital's Fellowship program is structured around the Venture Cooperative, a free, cohort-based educational initiative designed to democratize access to venture capital knowledge and opportunities. The program combines theoretical instruction with practical exposure to deal sourcing, investment analysis, and fund operations.

The program aims to democratize access to venture capital knowledge and opportunities, providing participants with both theoretical and practical experiences in the field.
Applications for Cohort 10 (Spring 2026) opened in early 2026 with a February 1 deadline. Cohorts are offered twice yearly, typically in spring and fall.
All cooperative participants receive opportunities to financially share in Laconia's success, including potential 'carry' (profit sharing) if they source funded deals.
The program is free for participants.
The Venture Cooperative runs twice per year, with each cohort lasting six weeks.
The program is designed to be part-time, accommodating participants' other commitments.
The program is fully remote, allowing participants to engage from anywhere.
