Each June–August cohort spends eight weeks working full‑time (paid) at a matched Notable portfolio company in the San‑Francisco Bay Area while joining a dedicated learning track that covers AI workplace skills, stakeholder management, and founder storytelling. The fellowship runs fully on‑site at host companies, with weekly evening workshops led by Notable partners and industry guests. Cohorts remain small (29 Fellows selected from 3 220 applications in 2024, ≈ 0.9 % acceptance) to preserve high‑touch mentorship. Alumni from 2021‑23 have gone on to full‑time roles at Coinbase, HashiCorp and Handshake or launched YC‑backed start‑ups.
