Scout Program
The Legendary Scouts™ program is a venture partnership initiative operated by Legendary Ventures. It allows emerging venture professionals and deal sourcing specialists to serve as deal sourcing partners and brand ambassadors, earning performance-based compensation for successful investment referrals. Scouts are classified as 1099 affiliated venture partners, operating under a professional advisory letter stipulating engagement terms and compliance with SEC/FINRA regulations.

The Legendary Scouts program aims to tap into distributed networks of emerging professionals while providing them with a pathway to venture capital. It emphasizes career partnership, professional development, and transparent, performance-based compensation.
Interested candidates should contact Legendary Ventures directly to discuss scout partnership opportunities. The program is open to emerging venture professionals, angel investors, deal sourcing specialists, and entrepreneurs with strong networks.
Scouts earn performance-based referral fees for successful investment referrals. For deals under $10M, scouts can earn up to 50 basis points (0.5%) of the deal size, and for deals $10M and over, up to 100 basis points (1.0%). Referral fees are paid upon deal closing.
The program offers a part-time engagement model, allowing scouts to work flexibly while sourcing deals.
Scouts operate from their local markets, allowing for a distributed presence.
