Launch Into Venture Capital (LIVC) is Dream VC's entry-level program designed as a fundamentals crash course in venture capital focused on the African ecosystem. The program targets young working professionals and exceptional recent graduates seeking to launch careers in VC or venture-backed startups. Unlike the Investor Accelerator, LIVC provides foundational knowledge suitable for individuals pursuing analyst, associate, or venture operations roles at African-focused VC firms.

Dream VC's Launch Into VC Fellowship aims to equip aspiring venture capital professionals with the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the venture capital ecosystem, particularly within Africa. The program addresses the need for more trained professionals in the VC space, focusing on practical learning and networking opportunities.
Applications are open to junior professionals with 2-5 years of full-time work experience, recent graduates, and exceptional post-graduate students. No prior investing experience is required.
The cost of the program is $1,500 USD, with need-based aid available through Dream VC's Access Foundation.
The program runs for 16 weeks, starting mid-May and concluding in September/October.
Participants are expected to commit 15-20 hours per week to the program.
The program is fully remote, with an annual in-person fellows retreat.
