The NEA Fellowship is a selective program designed to introduce exceptional undergraduate and recent graduate students to the venture capital investment process. It provides hands-on experience in deal sourcing, company evaluation, and investment decision-making, essential skills in modern venture capital. The fellowship is structured for flexibility and accessibility while maintaining rigorous selection and investment standards.

Investment Focus

The NEA Fellowship aims to build a talent pipeline for aspiring venture capitalists and provide them with credibility in the industry.

The fellowship is open to current undergraduate students graduating Spring 2026 or later, with a demonstrated interest in venture capital and strong analytical and communication skills.
