Run your program from one link, with applicants who qualify.

Create your program page and share one link. Every applicant is checked before they reach you: who they are, where they work, the startup behind them. Your team reads applications that meet your rules.

Why run it here

Spend your reviewers' time on applicants who fit.

Applicants who fit

People see whether they qualify before they apply, so your reviewers read applications that meet your rules.

Real people, checked first

Identity, current role and company, or the startup behind an application, checked before it reaches you.

A program page from your link

Paste the link to your program or drop a document. The page is drafted; you confirm it.

Every application in one place

Review, shortlist and decide with your team, with what was checked beside each one.

More applications finished

Applicants reuse what they already proved, so fewer give up halfway.

Your terms, current everywhere

Deadlines, terms and who can apply, updated once, wherever people compare programs.

How it works

From your program page to your next cohort, in five steps. Only the first one takes your time.

  1. 1Create your program

Paste the link to your program or drop a document. The page is drafted; you set who can apply.

  2. 2Share the apply link

In your newsletter, community, partner programs and on social.

  3. 3People check they fit

Before they write a word, each person sees which of your rules they meet.

  4. 4Applicants are checked

Identity, role and company, or the startup behind them, checked once and kept on their record.

  5. 5Choose your cohort

Review, shortlist and decide with your team, with what was checked beside each one.

Questions about running a program

Do I need an audience on Superscout first?

No. Share your apply link wherever you already reach people: your newsletter, community, partners and social. Whoever sent them, applicants check whether they fit and prove it here. People already looking for programs on Superscout find it too.

Can applicants use your own form?

Yes. Send applicants to your form with what was already checked attached, so they skip those questions. Or keep everything in your Superscout inbox.

What do applicants share, and what stays private?

You see what your rules ask for: whether each one passed, how it was checked and when, plus the answers to your questions. ID documents and phone numbers stay with Superscout.

Can a program run several rounds a year?

Yes. Each round has its own dates and places. Applicants who were declined once can apply to the next round with their record ready.

Your program is already on Superscout. How do you take it over?

Create your program from the same link, with an email at your organization's domain. Once that address is confirmed, your version is the official one and leads wherever people compare programs.
