Thrive Capital focuses on early-stage technology ventures, aiming to concentrate in areas that matter most. The fellowship seeks to attract top talent interested in technology and venture capital.
Applicants must be freshmen, sophomores, or juniors at accredited US colleges/universities, authorized to work in the United States, and demonstrate interest in technology, startups, or venture capital.
The fellowship includes an education grant of $40,000 to offset junior year costs and an internship salary annualized at $100,000 for the summer period.
There is no cost to participate in the fellowship.
The application deadline for the 2026 cohort is December 1, 2025, with interviews starting in December 2025 and final selections announced in February 2026. The internship begins in June 2026.
The program requires a full-time commitment during the 10-week summer internship.
The fellowship is conducted in-person at Thrive Capital's New York office.
