Know who is coming before they arrive.

Create your event page and share one link. Every guest is checked before they register: who they are, where they work, the startup behind them. Approve the room yourself, or send guests who fit on to your own event page.

Why list it here

Spend your room on the people you want in it.

Know who is coming

Set who the event is for: founders only, investors only, a stage, a city. Guests see whether they fit before they register.

Real people, checked first

Who they are, where they work and the startup behind them, checked before a registration reaches you.

Approve the room

Approve, waitlist or decline each guest, or let everyone who fits in. Cancellations fill from the waitlist.

An event page from your link

Paste your Luma, Eventbrite or website link. The page is drafted; you confirm it.

Keep your event page

Send guests who fit on to your own registration page, with what was checked attached.

Know who came

Check guests in at the door. Attendance is signed by you and stays on their record.

How it works

From your event page to a room you chose, in five steps. Only the first one takes your time.

  1. 1List your event

Paste your Luma, Eventbrite or website link. The page is drafted; you set who can come.

  2. 2Share the link

In your newsletter, community, partners and on social.

  3. 3Guests see if they fit

Before they register, each guest sees which of your rules they meet.

  4. 4Approve the room

Approve, waitlist or decline, with what was checked beside each guest.

  5. 5Know who came

Check guests in at the door; attendance stays on their record.

Where founders find their next event

Questions about listing an event

Do I need an audience on Superscout first?

No. Share your event link wherever you already reach people. Whoever sent them, guests check whether they fit here before they register. People browsing their city's startup events on Superscout find it too.

Can you keep your Luma or Eventbrite page?

Yes. Guests who fit continue to your page with what was already checked attached. Or take registrations here and approve each guest yourself.

What if your event is open to everyone?

Then set no rules. Your page links straight to registration, and Superscout still counts where your guests came from.

Can you list a recurring event?

Yes. Add every date of a series, each with its own seats. People who missed one can ask to hear about the next.

Your event is already on Superscout. How do you take it over?

Create your event from the same link, with an email at your organization's domain. Once that address is confirmed, your version is the official one and leads wherever people find events.
