Fellowship
The Blitzscaling Ventures (BV) Fellows Program is a year-long, part-time remote fellowship designed to educate professionals on venture capital, blitzscaling theory, and startup investing while empowering diverse individuals to launch careers in venture capital and entrepreneurship.
Participants engage in structured learning through the Blitzscaling Academy curriculum while gaining hands-on experience in venture capital investing. Fellows work within regional teams and participate in the full investment process, including deal sourcing, due diligence support, portfolio company interactions, and deal reviews. The program emphasizes blitzscaling methodology—rapid scaling strategies employed by companies like Uber, Airbnb, and Facebook.
The fellowship operates with an extremely modest time commitment of 1-2 hours per week, making it accessible to individuals balancing full-time employment or education. This flexibility is coupled with monthly bespoke educational events designed to develop fellows' understanding of venture capital fundamentals and blitzscaling principles.
