Blitzscaling Ventures Fellowship

The Blitzscaling Ventures Fellowship is a part-time remote venture fellowship connected to Blitzscaling Ventures' investment platform and Blitzscaling methodology. The program is designed to educate professionals on venture capital, blitzscaling, and startup investing while empowering diverse individuals to launch careers in venture capital and entrepreneurship. Participants engage in structured learning through the Blitzscaling Academy curriculum while gaining hands-on experience in venture capital investing. Fellows work within regional teams and participate in the full investment process, including deal sourcing, due diligence support, portfolio company interactions, and deal reviews.

The Blitzscaling Ventures Fellowship aims to educate and empower diverse individuals to pursue careers in venture capital and entrepreneurship. By focusing on blitzscaling methodologies and providing hands-on experience in the investment process, the program addresses the need for accessible pathways into the venture capital industry for underrepresented groups.

Designed for Investors, Scouts, Operators, Builders. The program is remote. Participation is generally part time.

Prospective fellows must meet the following requirements:
- Curious and genuinely excited about startups and venture capital
- Familiar with the countries, markets, cultures, and languages of their target region
- Strong academic credentials from a degree of any discipline
- Willing to commit to a 12-month unpaid position
- Capable of dedicating 1-2 hours per week
- High proficiency in English (non-negotiable requirement)
- Access to reliable internet for remote participation.
