Fellowship
The African Private Equity Fellowship is an independent executive program that brings together 50 talented young investors from across the African continent for a six-month intensive covering all aspects of private equity, private credit, and venture capital. Now entering its fifth cohort (starting fall 2026), the fellowship has established itself as one of the premier peer-learning platforms for emerging investment professionals in Africa.
The program targets young professionals already working in or adjacent to private capital markets in Africa. Over six months, fellows participate in a structured curriculum covering PE fund mechanics, deal structuring, due diligence, portfolio management, exit strategies, private credit, and venture capital investing. The cohort model emphasizes peer learning and network building among the continent's next generation of fund managers and investment professionals.
