Vencapital is a VC accelerator program for minorities and women seeking entry-level opportunities in venture capital and private equity. Since launching in 2019, the program has graduated 200+ fellows with over 50% now working in VC as principals, associates, analysts, and other roles. The fellowship begins with intensive bootcamp and training led by VCs and angel investors, followed by placement with VC firms in the Vencapital network where fellows actively contribute to deal sourcing and execution, market research, financial analysis, portfolio support, and founder engagement. In 2024, Vencapital partnered with Recast Capital to place VC fellows on paid internships with GP Funds.
