Inicio Ventures is a wealth generation platform launched by Hispanics in Philanthropy that manages impact investments, talent advancement programs, and ecosystem building for Latinx founders. The Capstone Venture Fellows program develops the next generation of diverse investors through a paid internship for current graduate students. Over 10 weeks, fellows develop skills, relationships, and knowledge to become future diversity-fluent investors.
