Recast Capital's Enablement Program is a tuition-free educational initiative designed to support the next generation of venture capital fund managers. Founded by seasoned institutional investors Courtney McCrea and Sara Zulkosky (100% women-owned firm), the program provides hands-on firm-building guidance, fundraising strategies, and community support to emerging and pre-launch venture managers.

Who it is for
Eligible participants include US-based emerging fund managers and pre-launch fund managers. International-based fund managers and those raising Fund III or beyond are not eligible.

The program is open to US-based emerging fund managers, pre-launch fund managers preparing to raise their initial fund, and mid-launch fund managers raising Fund I or Fund II. Interested participants can apply through Recast Capital's website.

The program lasts for 12 weeks per cohort, with multiple cohorts held annually in Spring, Summer, and Fall.
