The Town Hall Ventures Fellowship is a paid program designed for graduate students from underrepresented backgrounds who are pursuing careers in venture capital and healthcare investing. This fellowship aims to remove barriers to VC participation for historically excluded communities, emphasizing healthcare innovation with social impact as a core investment criterion. Fellows engage in healthcare research, sourcing deals, and portfolio company engagement, all while receiving mentorship and support.

The Town Hall Ventures Fellowship is committed to increasing diversity in venture capital by providing paid opportunities for underrepresented graduate students. The program focuses on healthcare innovation that addresses social impact and community health outcomes, aiming to create a more equitable VC ecosystem.
Applicants must be currently enrolled or planning to enroll in an MBA, MD, or MPH program and demonstrate a passion for improving healthcare for vulnerable populations. The application process is open to all eligible candidates.
Fellows receive a stipend for their participation in the program, which is designed to support their commitment to venture capital and healthcare investing.
There is no cost to participate in the fellowship, as it is a paid position.
The fellowship lasts for one semester, with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week. There is an opportunity to extend the fellowship beyond the initial semester.
