Based in Zurich, the fellowship provides immersive exposure to VC processes, deal evaluation, and portfolio company operations.

Redalpine focuses on early-stage investments in healthcare technology, medical devices, life sciences, and healthcare IT. The fellowship aims to cultivate talent in the European VC ecosystem by providing practical experience and mentorship.
