Arkitekt Ventures is a New York-based venture capital firm founded in 2017 by Dr. Enke Bashllari, a neuroscientist with degrees from Harvard Business School and the Vagelos College of Physicians & Surgeons. The firm invests at the intersection of healthcare, life sciences, and emerging technology, with a portfolio of 14 companies spanning health tech (8 companies), consumer (3 companies), and deep tech.
The Venture Fellowship is a 6-month, remote, part-time program offering direct exposure to venture capital operations in the health tech and biotech space. Fellows work directly with managing directors on deal sourcing, due diligence, market research, competitive analysis, and content creation. The program has a flexible, mutually agreed time commitment.

The fellowship emphasizes neurotech and nervous-system innovation, targeting startups that are innovating in healthcare delivery models, digital health platforms, and AI applications in medicine.
