Pear Fellows is Pear VC's student venture fellowship/apprenticeship for undergraduate, MBA, and PhD students who want hands-on preparation for careers in venture capital or entrepreneurship. The program provides access to deal flow, mentorship, and practical experience in sourcing deals, evaluating investments, and supporting portfolio companies.

Admissions and application
