The Scrub Capital Fellowship provides a unique opportunity for professionals at any career stage to work closely alongside the founding General Partners of Scrub Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on healthcare. Participants will gain exposure to healthcare startups and venture capital in a 6-month, remote engagement that requires a commitment of 10 hours per week. The program is designed to be flexible and can be extended by mutual agreement.

Scrub Capital focuses on investing in early-stage healthcare startups, leveraging a community of clinician professionals to provide unique insights and mentorship. The fellowship aims to bridge the gap between healthcare innovation and venture capital by involving professionals directly in the investment process.
The program is open to professionals at any career stage who are interested in healthcare venture capital. Applicants must be US-based and available to work from 6am to 6pm PT, Monday through Friday.
Fellows are compensated at a rate of $15 per hour or the local minimum wage, whichever is higher.
There is no cost to participate in the fellowship.
The fellowship lasts for 6 months and can be renewed for an additional 6 months based on mutual agreement.
Participants are expected to commit 10 hours per week to the fellowship, which allows for flexibility to pursue other work.
The program is fully remote, allowing participants to engage from anywhere in the United States.
