The SCORE 3 Venture Fellowship is an immersive volunteer role offering real venture capital experience across the full investment lifecycle. SCORE 3 Ventures specializes in identifying and supporting original problem solvers from underrepresented backgrounds, with particular focus on entrepreneurs led by women, people of color, and LGBTQ individuals. The fellowship provides access to venture capital careers for entrepreneurs and professionals from diverse communities historically underrepresented in venture capital.

SCORE 3 Ventures focuses on uncovering and empowering original problem solvers from all walks of life, emphasizing entrepreneurial inclusion and social impact investing. The organization's thesis is that diversity of perspective and experience creates better investment outcomes while simultaneously advancing more equitable access to startup capital.
The fellowship is open to candidates who identify as women, BIPOC, LGBTQ, or from other underrepresented groups in venture. Interested individuals should demonstrate a passion for supporting diverse founders and have a relevant business or entrepreneurial background.
This fellowship is an unpaid volunteer role, providing experience rather than financial compensation.
There is no cost to participate in the fellowship.
The program includes an initial 1-2 month training period, followed by completion-based advancement to a formal fellowship position, with a minimum commitment of 1 year and a maximum duration of 2 years.
The fellowship requires a minimum commitment of 1 year and involves part-time engagement through various activities such as meetings and events.
Fellows are placed with Venture Network Partners across the United States, with customized placement based on fellow background and interests.
