Empowering diverse talent through venture capital education.
EduLab Capital Venture Fellows is an annual student fellowship run by EduLab Capital Partners for undergraduate and graduate students interested in venture capital, education technology, and workforce technology. The program is framed as an educational experience that gives students an inside look at an international VC platform, while also helping EduLab build a talent pipeline and listen to student perspectives from academic communities across the United States.
EduLab Capital Venture Fellows aims to open doors to venture for underrepresented talent, create a talent pipeline for the VC industry, and provide educational opportunities in venture capital for individuals from non-traditional backgrounds.
Applicants are encouraged to demonstrate their passion for venture capital and education technology, and to highlight any relevant experiences or projects in their applications.
Eligible candidates are second and third-year undergraduates or graduate students with a demonstrated passion for venture capital and education technology, actively seeking diversity across socioeconomic, geographic, and demographic backgrounds.
Applications are accepted through both invite and open applications.
Participants benefit from direct mentorship, exposure to venture capital processes, networking opportunities, and a stipend upon completion. The program also helps EduLab identify emerging talent and gain fresh perspectives on education technology trends.
The program operates on a semester-based timeline, with specific dates varying each year.
Alumni have successfully transitioned into roles at leading financial institutions, venture capital firms, and technology companies, showcasing the program's effectiveness in fostering diverse talent in the VC space.
