The NYC VC Internship Program connects pre-screened and pre-trained undergraduate and graduate students from CUNY and other New York City schools with leading venture capital firms for 10-week paid summer internships. The program addresses the significant underrepresentation of women, Latinx, and Black professionals in venture capital by creating an equitable pipeline of diverse talent.

The program aims to increase diversity representation in venture capital through early career exposure and mentorship.
