Quest Ventures Young Leaders VC Track

Quest Ventures Young Leaders Program is a full-time, five-month talent program for pre-university students interested in private equity, venture capital, technology investing, and portfolio work. Participants are described as Young Analysts, and Quest says the program is based either in Beijing for China or Singapore for Southeast Asia.

The program sits inside Quest Ventures' Asia digital-economy strategy. Quest says it backs early-stage companies, is often the first investment cheque, and works across artificial intelligence, commerce, finance, food, logistics, media, property, sports, and other digital-economy sectors.

Applicants should focus on showcasing their academic achievements and genuine interest in technology and investing. Demonstrating initiative and a commitment to learning about tech ecosystems will strengthen their application.

The program seeks individuals demonstrating a strong academic foundation, ambition, entrepreneurial drive, curiosity about private equity and venture capital, and a desire for professional growth before university.

Candidates should demonstrate academic excellence, a deep interest in technology and investing, and a commitment to a full-time 5-month engagement. The application process is highly selective, typically accepting 1 qualified applicant per region annually.

Participants gain a comprehensive understanding of the tech ecosystem, including technology investing fundamentals, portfolio management, real deal flow exposure, and networking opportunities with founders and entrepreneurs.

The program lasts for 5 months, providing full-time immersion in venture capital practices.

Past participants have progressed to study at prestigious universities including Cambridge University, London School of Economics (LSE), Singapore Management University (SMU), and Nanyang Technological University (NTU).
