The Harlem Capital Internship Program is a 10-week venture capital internship that runs three times per year (winter, summer, fall cohorts). Each cohort consists of six interns and one to two fellows. The program emphasizes diversity and underrepresented perspectives in venture capital, focusing on deal evaluation, portfolio support, and market research. Recently, Harlem Capital launched Intern Program 2.0, a revamped structure offering specialized tracks allowing interns to drive real outcomes from day one.
