Picus Capital offers the Picus Venture Year, an innovative year-in-industry program providing students with unique, interdisciplinary experience across the venture capital and startup ecosystems. Participants can choose their learning pathway from four distinct options, enabling customized development based on individual interests and career goals. The program spans a full academic year (12 months) and focuses on early-stage technology investments in sectors like Energy & Climate Technology, Fintech, Cybersecurity, AI, and Healthcare.

Picus Capital focuses on investing in daring technology companies that challenge the status quo. The Venture Year program aims to equip participants with the skills and experience necessary to thrive in the venture capital and startup ecosystems, particularly within the Turkish and broader European contexts.
The program targets motivated university students seeking hands-on venture ecosystem exposure. Ideal candidates should demonstrate interest in venture capital and entrepreneurship, strong analytical and communication skills, curiosity about emerging technologies, and commitment to the Turkish and European startup ecosystems.
The Venture Year spans a full academic year (12 months), with participants selecting three of four available options to create a balanced program.
Participants are expected to commit full-time to the program for the duration of the year.
The program requires in-person participation in Turkey, providing immersive experiences in venture capital and startup operations.
