Picus Capital Fellowship - Picus Venture Year

Picus Capital offers the Picus Venture Year, an innovative year-in-industry program providing students with unique, interdisciplinary experience across the venture capital and startup ecosystems. Participants can choose their learning pathway from four distinct options, enabling customized development based on individual interests and career goals. The program spans a full academic year (12 months) and focuses on early-stage technology investments in sectors like Energy & Climate Technology, Fintech, Cybersecurity, AI, and Healthcare.

Picus Capital focuses on investing in daring technology companies that challenge the status quo. The Venture Year program aims to equip participants with the skills and experience necessary to thrive in the venture capital and startup ecosystems, particularly within the Turkish and broader European contexts.

Designed for Students. The program is in person. Participation is generally full time.

Candidates must be university students with a strong interest in venture capital and entrepreneurship, analytical skills, curiosity about technology, and availability for a year-long commitment.

The program targets motivated university students seeking hands-on venture ecosystem exposure. Ideal candidates should demonstrate interest in venture capital and entrepreneurship, strong analytical and communication skills, curiosity about emerging technologies, and commitment to the Turkish and European startup ecosystems.

Participants gain hands-on experience in venture capital and startup operations, positioning them for roles as venture capital analysts, startup founders, or in technology-focused corporate positions. Alumni network access provides ongoing career support.
