The Nina Capital Fellows program is an exclusive, continuing education opportunity for exceptional former interns who have demonstrated excellence and wish to deepen their involvement with the venture capital ecosystem. Fellows maintain connections to the Nina Capital team while advancing their own careers and contributing to the global health tech entrepreneurial community.

Nina Capital focuses exclusively on health tech investments, supporting need-driven founders who improve health outcomes. The fellowship aims to strengthen regional tech and health tech ecosystems through a network of exceptional individuals.
Participation is by invitation only from Nina Capital, requiring strong performance during the internship.
This fellowship does not provide formal employment or financial compensation.
There is no cost to participate in the fellowship.
The program allows for flexible, asynchronous participation requiring approximately 8-10 hours per month.
Fellows are expected to commit part-time, engaging in approximately 8-10 hours of work per month.
