Nina Capital Fellows
An exclusive fellowship for exceptional former interns to deepen their venture capital involvement.

An exclusive fellowship for exceptional former interns to deepen their venture capital involvement.
Nina Fellows is a selective post-internship fellowship run by Nina Capital, a specialized venture capital firm investing exclusively at the intersection of healthcare and technology. The program is not a public entry-level fellowship; it is offered to exceptional Nina interns and past Nina team members who continue engaging with the firm after their internship ends. Fellows support Nina's investment and platform work after their internships by discovering founders, representing Nina Capital at international events, researching cutting-edge technologies and unmet clinical needs, analyzing companies and market trends, and supporting portfolio companies.
Nina Capital invests in healthcare transformation powered by information technology, led by need-driven founders, with a focus on pre-seed to seed+ investments and check sizes from EUR 200k to EUR 1.5M. Fellows contribute to this thesis through research on unmet clinical needs, technologies, companies, market trends, founders, and portfolio support.
Designed for Students, Investors, Operators, Researchers. The program is remote. Participation is generally part time.
Nina Fellows are selected from exceptional former Nina interns and past team members, not from a direct public fellowship application. The feeder internship program targets students and recent graduates, especially people studying life sciences, medicine, healthtech, computer science, data science, health economics, or related technical fields.
Nina Fellows are selected after a Nina internship. The public route is to apply for Nina's internship program, where the best fit is generally students or recent graduates seeking VC exposure in healthtech; a prior intern article describes applying by direct email, studying Nina's thesis and portfolio, proposing a project, interviewing, and refining the project plan before joining.
Nina Fellows continue learning and engaging with the firm after their internships, staying close to the investment team while contributing to founder discovery, events, research, market analysis, company analysis, and portfolio support. Fellows also strengthen entrepreneurial communities in their regions and on their campuses, operating as ambassadors for Nina's healthtech venture-backed ecosystem.
The program allows for flexible, asynchronous participation requiring approximately 8-10 hours per month.

Programs pick people whose work they can already point to. Put yours where it can be found.
This one invites people; you cannot apply cold. The way in is work the program can already point to, and the people its own pages name.
Compensation details are not disclosed. The program does not offer carry or investment authority.
Nina describes Fellows as selected exceptional former interns and directs readers to its prerequisite internship information; it does not establish a separate direct fellowship application.
Nina expects no more than approximately 8–10 hours per month, adjusted for academic or professional demands.
As checked October 2, 2026, Nina described the post-internship pathway, but a separate open fellowship intake was not established.
