The Flare Scholar Program is an annual professional development initiative for aspiring healthcare leaders, mid-career executives, and students passionate about healthcare technology innovation. Now in its tenth year, the program has developed 445 current and alumni scholars who pursue careers across healthcare venture capital, startup operations, and innovation leadership. The program builds a community of promising, young, and diverse executives who are passionate about healthcare technology innovation, emphasizing education, mentorship, and network building within the healthcare innovation ecosystem.

The Flare Scholar Program aims to develop a sustained community of healthcare technology advocates by providing venture capital education, mentorship, and scouting responsibilities within the firm's investment ecosystem.
The program is open to current graduate school students from leading business, medical, and healthcare institutions, mid-career professionals from preeminent healthcare companies, and individuals passionate about healthcare technology transformation.
The program does not provide any financial compensation to participants.
