Fellowship
Leonis Capital’s Research Fellowship is a rigorous, two‑month apprenticeship (July 1 – August 30) designed to expose graduate‑level talent to early‑stage venture research. Fellows complete five structured modules—market mapping, product teardown, competitive landscape, founder benchmarking and thesis presentation—each culminating in a deliverable reviewed by the investment team. The work informs Leonis’ sourcing and investment memos, giving fellows real influence on capital deployment. Expected commitment is 10–20 hours per week and includes weekly partner check‑ins plus optional office‑hour blocks. Final presentations are delivered to the full partnership; outstanding fellows may be considered for ongoing part‑time or full‑time roles.
