Girls Into VC Fellowship is a 10-week educational program dedicated to closing the gender gap in venture capital. It is the first global organization focused on empowering young women to break into venture capital. Founded at Harvard University in 2022, the program blends structured learning, peer discussion groups, and practical capstone projects to create an immersive introduction to venture capital for women who might not otherwise access this ecosystem.
