WINPE's mission is to bridge the gender gap in Indian boardrooms by developing a pipeline of board-ready women and securing commitments from PE/VC firms to prioritize diversity in board composition.
Eligibility includes a senior professional background, interest in board roles, and a commitment to diversity leadership. The selection process involves resume submission and assessments.
The program does not provide any financial compensation to participants.
