VCFamilia, the largest Latinx community in venture capital globally, offers an Inaugural Mentorship Program meticulously designed to bolster the careers of junior investors within the Latinx/Latine community. Sponsored by Google Ventures, the program pairs junior investors with experienced mentors for ongoing professional development. VCFamilia itself is a global community of 150+ Latinx venture capitalists providing network, resources, and guidance to grow and empower diverse checkwriters and fund managers. VCFamilia is part of LaFamilia Foundation, a 501(c)(3) closing the capital gap for Latine founders and funders, working toward shifting $1 billion of venture capital to Latinx-led companies.

The program aims to empower junior investors in the Latinx community by providing mentorship and resources to enhance their careers in venture capital, ultimately increasing representation in the industry.
The program is open to junior investors from the Latinx/Latine community, VCFamilia members, and professionals early in their venture capital careers.
This program is free for participants and does not offer any financial compensation.
Participation in the program is free for all selected participants.
The program runs year-round with a minimum commitment of 1 hour monthly per mentor pair.
Participants are expected to commit at least 1 hour monthly for mentorship sessions.
The program operates remotely, allowing for distributed participation across the United States and beyond.
