The Women Innovators (WIn) Fellowship is a fully sponsored, year-long program for women entrepreneurs from the Middle East and North Africa, including UAE. The fellowship is a collaboration between the Atlantic Council and Georgetown University, offering executive education and comprehensive support for women building early-stage startups. Participants engage in customized curriculum, mentorship, and networking opportunities to enhance their business skills and expand their networks.

The WIn Fellowship aims to empower women entrepreneurs in the MENA region by providing them with the necessary education, mentorship, and networking opportunities to succeed in their early-stage startups. The program addresses the unique challenges faced by women in entrepreneurship and fosters a supportive community for peer learning and collaboration.
To apply for the WIn Fellowship, candidates must be Arab women entrepreneurs with early-stage startups, residing in the Arab region, and fluent in English and Arabic. They should be able to commit 6-8 hours monthly.
The fellowship is fully sponsored, meaning there is no cost to participants.
