You find an amazing founder or company. You intro us. If I invest, I'll give you 25% of my carry.
The rough math: If I invest $100K into a company that you help me source, then you'll get 25% of my carry (about 20%), or 5%–as if you had invested $5K into the company yourself.

Previously, there were only two ways to earn carry in a startup: invest in it, or work for it. This scout program is the start of a third way, which is much more accessible to many more people.
Not only will you earn carry, but I will also help refine your ability to find and judge the best opportunities. If you decide to start a fund someday, I'll help you do that too.
