The six-month program provides structured mentorship, market validation support, and access to IOSG's network of Web3 experts and strategic partners.

EIRs engage in weekly one-on-one mentorship sessions with senior IOSG members, covering critical areas such as tokenomics design, capital formation, go-to-market strategy, and Web3-specific operational challenges. The program combines hands-on support with strategic guidance to help founders refine product ideas, experiment with markets, and prototype minimum viable products (MVPs).
