The fellowship aims to increase the number of underrepresented investors in the venture capital industry, focusing on females and people of color. It provides necessary tools and networks to achieve sustained careers in VC.
The program is open to college students and recent graduates, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds in venture capital.
There is no cost to participate in the fellowship.
The program requires a part-time commitment from participants.
The program includes both in-person and remote components, allowing for flexibility in participation.
