Created to identify and support the venture capital leaders of the future, Hillfarrance positions scouts as potential future colleagues as the fund expands. As a competitive venture capital firm typically investing at seed and Series A rounds, Hillfarrance created the scout program to develop knowledge of startup teams and investment opportunities even earlier in the company lifecycle. Total Scout Fund involves 50-100 investments over 3-5 years.
