Overview

GGV NextGen Fellowship is a summer internship program launched in 2021 by GGV Capital to promote diversity and inclusion in the tech and venture capital industries. The program connects college students from underrepresented backgrounds to high-growth technology companies funded by GGV, providing hands-on experience, mentorship, and network access to emerging professionals early in their careers.

Investment Focus

The NextGen Fellowship aims to build a more diverse pipeline of future tech leaders and venture investors by providing direct experience and mentorship.

Current college students, particularly rising juniors and seniors, are encouraged to apply. The program actively recruits students from underrepresented groups in tech and venture capital.

Compensation

Stipend

Fellows receive a paid internship at a GGV-funded portfolio company.

There is no cost to participants as the program is a paid internship.
