GGV NextGen Fellowship is a summer internship program launched in 2021 by GGV Capital as part of the firm's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and addressing systemic inequity in the technology and venture capital industries. The program connects college students from underrepresented backgrounds to high-growth technology companies funded by GGV. GGV designed NextGen to build a more diverse pipeline of future tech leaders and venture investors by providing hands-on experience, mentorship, and network access to emerging professionals early in their careers.
