Diversity VC Internship Program

Diversity VC operates Future VC, a comprehensive internship program providing underrepresented talent with paid, on-the-job venture capital experience and lifetime community support. The program combines paid placements at top-tier venture funds with professional development, mentorship, and career advancement support.

Diversity VC's mission is to transform venture capital to be more inclusive by providing pathways for underrepresented individuals to enter the industry. The program focuses on building a diverse talent pool and supporting candidates from non-traditional backgrounds.

The program is hybrid. Participation is generally full time.

Candidates must come from underrepresented backgrounds in venture capital, possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and show curiosity, self-awareness, and resilience.

The program is open to individuals from underrepresented backgrounds in venture capital, including early-career professionals and MBA-level candidates. Applicants should demonstrate strong analytical and interpersonal skills, along with a genuine interest in a venture capital career.
