Fellowship
CatalyzU (formerly Young African Catalysts / YAC) is a pan-African venture capital talent development organization founded by Luke Morsert and Karl Nchite. The Venture Capital Fellowship is an 8-week intensive program with bi-weekly lectures covering pitch deck analysis, financial modeling, valuations, and founder etiquette. Fellows are paired with 2 startups throughout the program and work on real-world investments from CatalyzU's venture scouting wing and the YAC Venture Fund. Post-fellowship, select fellows are offered 3-month internships with partner VCs, with potential for full-time employment.
