The Wharton Venture Fellows program, part of the McNulty Leadership Program, prepares Wharton students for leadership roles through experiential adventure-based learning and mentorship. Venture Fellows serve as both student leaders and coaches for the broader Leadership Ventures program. The program focuses on leadership development through experiential learning, structured mentorship, and student-led initiatives.

The Wharton Venture Fellows program emphasizes experiential learning and leadership development, targeting students who demonstrate leadership character, emotional intelligence, and adaptability. It aims to cultivate future leaders through hands-on experiences and mentorship.
The program lasts for a full academic year, typically from October to May.
The program requires in-person participation, with students engaging in various leadership ventures and expeditions.
