The Watson Institute Flagship Fellowship is a 16-week fully funded program designed for impact-focused entrepreneurs and community leaders at Problem-Solution or Product-Market Fit stage seeking to elevate their ventures through intensive mentorship and investor access. The program includes a 2-week in-person immersive experience in Boulder, Colorado, followed by 14 weeks of virtual programming and support, focusing on mentorship, investor engagement, and peer learning.

The Watson Institute Flagship Fellowship focuses on supporting impact-focused entrepreneurs and community leaders who are at the Problem-Solution or Product-Market Fit stage. The program aims to elevate their ventures through intensive mentorship and access to a network of impact investors, preparing them for seed or Series A funding.
The program is highly selective with an acceptance rate of 2-8%. Applicants are evaluated based on founder quality, impact potential, and market opportunity.
