The RockHealth.org Innovation Fellowship is an immersive, cohort-based seven-month program designed for visionary leaders in digital health who are centering lived experience in their innovation work. Rock Health, a nonprofit and community organization, supports leaders who recognize that existing digital health innovations have not equally served all populations, particularly those who have been persistently overlooked and underserved.

The fellowship operates on the premise that meaningful digital health innovation requires deep understanding of patient and community experiences. It focuses on addressing health inequities across underserved populations by learning from innovators who ground their work in the lived experiences of the communities they serve.
The fellowship seeks leaders who are building or planning to build in digital health, demonstrate commitment to centering lived experience and health equity, have relevant professional background or demonstrated passion for health innovation, and are ready to engage deeply in a peer cohort experience.
The program lasts for seven months, typically including a mix of remote and potentially in-person touchpoints.
