The Kaya Founders 100X PH Fellowship is designed to accelerate the growth and success of Filipino startup founders and entrepreneurs. Launched by Kaya Founders in partnership with Ignite House of Innovation and AI First, this program brings together established founders, experienced operators, and corporate leaders to mentor the next generation of high-impact entrepreneurs. The fellowship emphasizes customer problem focus, significant customer impact, execution and culture building, and the application of power law dynamics in venture value creation.

Kaya Founders believes the Philippines represents a unique investment opportunity due to its emerging middle class, rapid digitization, and large consumer market growth, despite being underinvested relative to its potential. The fellowship aims to strengthen the regional startup ecosystem and create pathways to venture capital for underrepresented founders.
The inaugural cohort will be revealed on April 9, 2025, with an open house event scheduled for February 12, 2026, providing potential applicants with direct exposure to the fellowship program.
The program is primarily in-person, with events and mentorship sessions taking place at designated locations.
