Halogen Ventures Fellowship is an 8-week summer program launched to train exceptional undergraduate and graduate students in venture capital. The program specifically addresses diversity and equity in the venture capital industry, focusing on gender dynamics and underrepresented groups. Halogen offers multiple annual fellowship tracks: Undergrad Summer Fellowship and MBA Summer Fellowship. The fellowship combines coursework on VC fundamentals with hands-on deal evaluation, portfolio company research, and consumer trend analysis, with all programming delivered remotely.

The program is open to undergraduate students or MBA students from any background. Applicants must demonstrate a passion for venture capital and a commitment to increasing diversity in the VC space. Availability for the full 8-week summer program is required.
There is no cost to participate in the fellowship program.
The program lasts for 8 weeks during the summer, with specific tracks for undergraduate and MBA students.
Participants are expected to commit full-time for the duration of the 8-week program.
The program is fully remote, allowing participants to engage from anywhere.
