The 1957 Ventures Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) program is a venture-building role backed by MENA's largest fintech-focused fund. Launched in May 2024 by Riyad Capital, the program allows selected EIRs to assume the CEO role of a new fintech venture with full organizational support. EIRs receive dedicated resources, equity participation, and mentorship, targeting experienced operators with a strong background in technology and fintech.
