Overview

Factor Fellowship is a citywide initiative launched by Primary Venture Partners in collaboration with 25+ leading New York-based venture firms and startups. The program addresses diversity and inclusion challenges in early-stage entrepreneurship by connecting underrepresented talent with high-growth startup roles. The inaugural cohort launched September 2024 with 15-20 fellows, demonstrating strong ecosystem support for the mission.
