Fellowship
The Venture Fellow Program is Alumni Ventures’ flagship, part‑time track for emerging investors. Each one‑year cohort pairs 75–90 Fellows with a dedicated AV Fund where they learn venture mechanics through a structured online curriculum, weekly deal‑flow meetings and hands‑on memo writing. Fellows contribute to sourcing, diligence and portfolio support while receiving personalised coaching from AV partners. The program is fully remote and designed to fit around full‑time jobs or graduate study. AV reports that more than 500 Fellows have completed the program since 2016, with 40 percent transitioning into venture or startup leadership within twelve months of graduation; more than 80 percent of participants self‑identify as women or members of an under‑represented group.
