Fellowship
The SUSA Venture Fellows Program is an immersive venture capital fellowship designed for founders, operators, and exceptional students who want to scale from writing personal checks to investing with institutional platforms. Now in its fifth year, the program has produced 43+ successful alumni investors. Each Fellow receives 1:1 partnership with a Susa Partner, deal sourcing opportunities, and direct check writing authority, along with ongoing support and access to Susa's deal flow.

Susa invests in early-stage companies, focusing on strong founder characteristics, defensible technology or markets, and capital-efficient paths to growth. The program aims to build investment judgment and deal sourcing skills among participants.
The application process is highly selective, reviewing prior investment experience, sourcing network, due diligence capabilities, and alignment with Susa's investment thesis.
The program lasts for 4 months, with a cohort of 10 fellows selected annually.
The fellowship requires a part-time commitment over the 4-month duration.
The program is hybrid, allowing for both remote participation and potential in-person components.
