The Climatebase Fellowship (CBF) is a 10-week climate career accelerator designed for the most talented, mission-driven members of the Climatebase community. The fellowship serves as a launchpad for climate leaders whether they're looking to join climate startups, find a co-founder, or gain real-world education in climate tech. The program combines industry-oriented education with community mentorship, allowing fellows to develop a comprehensive understanding of climate drivers and solutions across major sectors through the lens of policy, technology, finance, and human rights. Upon graduation, fellows showcase their talents through capstone projects on Demo Day to an audience of employers and investors.
